Sub Your Way

People feel passionate about their Subway orders, often unchanged since age 10, and many with emotional backstories tied to them. So, for National Sandwich Day, we created a UGC + interactive social campaign to celebrate the unique sandwiches people customize at Subway. 

My Role:
Senior Art Director 
Ideated, created & executed organic social campaign across Subway's social media accounts. Created idea based on social insights I mined, built out visual direction and sculpted messaging. Led team of creators to film, produce & edit all content, creating 30+ pieces in 3 days, and generating millions of organic impressions.

We kicked it off by creating posts to seed the idea and get users to comment and film their own sandwich orders. Then, we selected the most compelling and most engaged with responses, and turned them into a digital gallery of orders.
